He doesn't move even after Kurt's said thank you, sitting there at a loss for what to do. At least he didn't stiffen up, though.
Eventually he relaxes into it, and though he doesn't necessarily return the gesture, he does bring his hand up to pat at Kurt's back with a small smile. ]

[had logan tensed, kurt would have immediately pulled away and apologized. sometimes, he does things without thinking. a hug just seemed like the most appropriate thing he could offer in return for something so great.
he's surprised at the touch on his back — he hadn't been expecting anything in return — but does his best to act casual when he pulls away.
